When To Book
Your Session
It is never too early to book a newborn session, as your baby’s birth date is unpredictable. We will make a note of your due date and will expect a call as soon as your baby arrives. If you are given an induction or c-section your appointment can be confirmed in advance.
The Perfect Time
Maternity shoots are best between 7 and 9 months when your bump is ‘blooming’, nice and round! The best age to photograph newborns is between 4 and 9 dayswhen they are peaceful, sleepy and curly. This also avoids newborn acne and colic which can flare up at around 1 to 2 weeks of age.
Your Session
Our newborn sessions are very relaxed and enjoyable with plenty of time for feeding and comforting. Our unhurried pace allows you to feel content, comfortable and at ease.
